What ARM devices might Arch users already own? Are there people willing to try to support v8 or not? I'm not doing any of that research because I've already built all the packages I need for my v8 device. I don't need qt6-webengine

I'm starting over with using the x64 config as olddefconfig and making sure no features are missing/disabled in arm64.
