[14:02:21] <buildmaster> Hi abaumann!
[14:02:21] <buildmaster> !rq abaumann
[14:02:22] <phrik> buildmaster: <abaumann> We should really not build a package more than 99 times. ;-)
[14:02:24] <abaumann> binutils
[14:02:25] <abaumann> error: cannot convert from pointer to base class ‘tui_win_info’ to pointer to derived class ‘tui_cmd_window’ because the base is virtual
[14:03:48] <abaumann> https://inbox.sourceware.org
[14:04:39] <abaumann> the comment there in the binutils mailing list is just hilarous: "it's a gdb problem, complain there". So why are binutils people slurping in gdb code (nota bene: tui code, this is not about understanding dwarf), and then they don't even bother wether it compiles.
[14:05:11] <abaumann> the whole gdb/binutils shared code thingy is a disaster since aeons.
[14:05:39] <abaumann> On the bright side: 486 has now a new glibc and gcc :-)
[14:06:19] <abaumann> about python 3.11 and 3.12, yes, maybe forcing all 3.11 packages to stable is a good idea, because then we don't have a mixture of 3.11 and 3.12 in staging for making sure 3.12 builds again.
[14:06:33] <abaumann> this might of course break things in stable
[14:19:42] <KitsuWhooa> stable has had python 3.11 pushed
[14:19:54] <KitsuWhooa> so stable is broken by virtue of having 3.10 packages
[14:20:38] <KitsuWhooa> https://archlinux32.org
[14:20:41] <phrik> Title: Arch Linux 32 - python 3.11.7-1.0 (pentium4) (at archlinux32.org)
[14:21:03] <KitsuWhooa> ah, looks like a bunch of 3.11 stuff made it to stable
